Janpath Estates' Helipad Launch Marks New Heights for
Ludhiana

A significant milestone was achieved in Ludhiana with the inauguration of a private helicopter service at the Atam Vallabh Janpath, Sidhwan Canal Road. The event, inaugurated by Punjab's sports and youth affairs minister, Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, signals a new era of connectivity and development for the region. This initiative has been made possible by Janpath Estates, a distinguished name in Punjab's real estate sector.

Mahesh Goel, the Managing Director of Janpath Estates, has orchestrated this venture by introducing two rented helicopters. The service, priced at Rs 1.25 lakh (plus GST) per hour of flying, promises swift and convenient aerial travel options. For those seeking even higher security standards, a dual-engine chopper is available at Rs 2.5 lakh plus GST per hour of flying.

The helicopter service isn't limited to Ludhiana alone; it opens up opportunities for travel to key destinations like Chandigarh, Delhi, Dharamshala, Dehradun, Jammu and Kashmir, Kasauli, Manali, Shimla, and Jaipur. This endeavor comes as a revival of a concept that was introduced in 2016 but failed to gain traction.

Janpath Estates Pvt. Ltd., a revered name in Punjab's real estate landscape, has consistently aimed to provide top-notch residential and commercial spaces. The company's commitment to innovation and progress is evident through the creation of the region's first private helipad within the serene confines of District Ludhiana. This helipad not only symbolizes the advancements in transportation but also reflects Janpath Estates' dedication to enhancing the quality of life for the city's residents.

The introduction of the Atam Vallabh Helipad stands as a testament to Janpath Estates' unwavering commitment to shaping Ludhiana's landscape and fostering growth. This development promises to benefit Ludhiana's business community and residents alike, offering a gateway to convenient and efficient travel options. As the first private helipad within the city's vicinity, located at Janpath Estates on Sidhwan Canal Road, it is poised to elevate Ludhiana's connectivity and redefine urban living.
