An empire worthy of praise and appreciation, Mr. Mahesh Goyal's Janpath Estate is one of the most successful real estate's businesses in India. For not only have they built modern and wonderful societies and colonies, of Janpath Villas, Janpath Farms and an upcoming Atam Vallabh Janpath, but also given a new meaning to the concept of luxury living in North India. Born in 1962, to father Late Shri Kishori Lall Goyal, also a businessman and mother Smt. Dayawati Goyal, Mr. Goyal was raised in Ludhiana. Following his basic education, he joined the family business of K Lal Group at a very young age: a leading business group based at Ludhiana, Punjab having interests and diversified into international trading and manufacturing unit of textile dyes, steel and real estate venture. It was here, with his seniors that he learnt everything of business and management, and other entrepreneurial skills of marketing and communication.

As time passed and Mr. Mahesh matured as professional, and laid the foundation for Janpath Estate Pvt. Ltd in 2003, with the support of his brother Mohinder Goyal and business partner Vinay Singhal. By 2010, work for their first project of Janpath Villas had been started With persistent efforts, and keen involvement in every aspect of building the state-of-the-art township, the project became a huge success as it brought in great profits to the company Within one year, customers started making bookings, finally filling each and every villa, as now stands a full-fledged town, with all kinds of modern facilities, from sports clubs to cycling tracks, and lush green parks to Devi and Jain temples.
